NovoServe is a legitimate European company certified through "ISO 27001:2017 Certified | Tier III Data Centers, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, NEN 7510, ISAE 3402 Type 2". Account registration requires customer KYC verification, and EU countries plus the US must provide 100% authentic information. Selecting China provides special consideration and can avoid many troubles.
