This test uses a dedicated server with CPU model E3-1230v3 (4 cores, 8 threads, 3.3GHz base frequency, boost to 3.7GHz). BBR has been enabled, IPv6 is not supported, upstream is zillion (which is actually the provider's own network), located in Hong Kong, with current I/O performance of approximately 280MB/s:
