Network-wise: all three ISPs have direct connections to San Jose, USA for outbound traffic; for return traffic, all telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile are forced to use China Unicom AS4837 direct connection back to China, which shows quite good results;

The IP is US native and can unlock quite a few services.
