Detailed Review of Yin-Net USA NTT Dual ISP Residential VPS (Return Route Triple Network AS4837)

yin-net/YinCloud has recently added the 216 IP segment provided by NTT to their dual ISP residential attribute VPS in the Los Angeles data center in the United States. They offer up to 20 residential attribute IPs per VPS, with configurations and prices remaining completely unchanged. So how about the "latency levels, upstream and downstream routing paths, actual speeds during peak and off-peak hours, VPS performance benchmarks, and the core IP unlocking capabilities"? We got a brand new VPS for detailed testing, and the comprehensive test data is shared below for your reference.

The server uses Intel Xeon Gold 6133 CPU (20 cores, 40 threads, 2.5GHz base frequency, 3GHz boost). BBR is enabled, IPv6 is not supported, upstream is US NTT, located in Englewood (Colorado), and current I/O test shows approximately 342MB/S:

Summary:

Currently, the VPS performance is decent, not particularly outstanding but usable without issues.

The IPv4 is a native US IP with dual ISP attributes and excellent unlocking capabilities. The network performance back to China is very good and worth trying!
